I am a practitioner in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in learning and development as well as organizational development. I received my Master of Science in I/O Psychology at California State University, Long Beach.
My journey in the field of I/O Psychology has instilled my passion for organizational and people development. I believe that cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional workplace will provide people with an encouraging and optimal environment to thrive. It is an absolute privilege to work with peers and organizations
