Organizational Diagnosis
An Organizational Diagnosis is a process employed by I/O practitioners to evaluate organizational performance at varying levels. Diagnostic tools are used to assess the organizational processes to which initiatives for change are made for the organization. Once data analysis is performed, potential areas of improvement are identified. Appropriate interventions and recommendations are selected to address those areas for improvement.
02
Job Analysis

One was created for the role of a Community Manager for Mob Scene. Mob Scene is an entertainment advertising and production company located in Los Angeles, California.

A training program serves as a way to address the training needs of an organization. One was developed for Yusen Logistics Leads based on the findings from a needs analysis. This program was created as an initiative to address the Kaizen business model for continuous growth and improvement. It is the first training program ever created in the organization that is directed at the Leads.
